3 Quarters of aYear and getting ready to celebrate my 1st Christmas!
9 Month Progress:
"Wow that looks pretty cool!" "Got my Daddy's Hair!"
(That stomach flu thing set me back a bit)!
Development:
-Cruising the set quite well--Not ready to walk yet, but stay tuned.
- Ive started climbing the stairs
- I can pick up my toys and put them in my walker--but my favorite place to put them is in the trashcan!
- Now have 2 bottom teeth.
-Pretty good at saying "Mama" and "Dada" (esp when I want to get my way)
-I drink well from a cup and hold my own spoon
Fun Facts & Other Interesting Things:
- I took separation anxiety to the next level when my Nanna & Auntie Didi came for Christmas.
But hey, I was sick..so they understood! Sorry about the dirty looks Nanna & Auntie! Sorry no pics w/ Nanna & Auntie during Christmas...never was a good picture moment! Maybe when I was asleep! I now know that family really do stick by (even when you're trippin)! I'll make it up to them next time!
-Nanna taught me to clap my hands (which I do when I want to)!
-It was a rather difficult month too-- w/ the teething, allergies, eczema & stomach flu. But we made it through it.
-My sitter was out of the country so I got to hang out w/ Mommy & Daddy more over the Holidays (which was great)! I got to sleep w/ them again when I got sick. I was so milking it!
-Then my Nanna came....she helped me get more sleep (in my crib)!
-But then she left and my Daddy's family came and I thought I would try to slip back into my old ways. But Mommy got me right back into my crib after they left! So I sleep most of the night in my crib.
-I went to 2 movie w/ my parents: Happy Feet & Pursuit of Happyness. They were happy b/c I slept thru most of the movie! They'd better enjoy it while it lasts!
"Had to stomp on that thing that was popping out of the book!"
